Merger by incorporation of Tecnologie Industriali in Duplomatic
Duplomatic MS Spa announces that the merger by incorporation of the subsidiary company Tecnologie Industriali Srl, based in Padua, Italy, into Duplomatic itself will be implemented from next June, 1st.
This new organization will allow the best synergy between the skills of the Tecnologie Industriali Srl team, a historical company of the Veneto industrial heritage that has established itself in the manufacturing of complex systems for metal forming and presses, recycling, offshore and Oil & Gas, with the know-how of the Business Unit. Hydraulic Systems of Duplomatic, specializing in the sectors of machine tools, machines for plastics and rubber, steel, and energy.
