Organisation, Management and Control Model
In line with the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance, Duplomatic MS has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
The Model 231 defines the system of rules, procedures and controls aimed at preventing the commission of offences contemplated by the legislation and at promoting ethical and responsible conduct in the performance of company activities.
The document outlines the general principles of the company’s compliance system and forms an integral part of its corporate integrity framework.
