Duplomatic MS will be present at SPS in Parma
From May 23rd to 25th, Duplomatic MS will showcase at SPS Parma, the premier trade fair for industrial automation, the linear motion solutions developed by the Mechatronics Business Unit and the hybrid systems controlled by inverters, in line with the product development vision of the Daikin Group. The synergy between Duplomatic's experience in the industrial sector and Daikin's inverter technologies represent a strong and successful combination available for companies that choose sustainability as a factor for growth and development.
At the SPS booth (Hall 5 - booth F043), the Mechatronics Business Unit, based in Rosta (Turin) and the Io-Link Competence Center, will present electric cylinders for industrial automation, material handling, packaging, and electromechanical actuators for applications requiring high values of force and rigidity. The booth will feature two demonstration benches for the ECO3 and ECF3 cylinders.

An innovative solution that integrates control electronics directly within the cylinder itself.
This reduces wiring and installation times, significantly simplifying the automation process.
- The I/O Link protocol makes communication between the drive and the machine simpler.
- Compact structure for light and high-speed applications, with a duty cycle up to 100%. The motor and controller are integrated into the body.
- Suitable for series applications where maintenance time must be minimized and for the packaging, pick and place, food, and medical sectors.
- It integrates the IO-Link protocol for simple and effective digital management.
The ECP4 servo presses
for heavy-duty use, made entirely of steel, integrate a satellite roller screw, high-angle contact precision bearing block, and preload, as well as a high-thickness stem that gives the product excellent rigidity and precision characteristics.
- The ECP series meets the needs of applications that reach workloads of 20-25 tons, ensuring long mechanical life and 100% duty cycle.
- Servo press cylinder with a thrust capacity of up to 260kN.
- It meets the requirements for high thrust industrial applications, where a hydraulic solution cannot be used for safety or environmental reasons.
- They can be combined with Duplomatic brushless servo-ventilated motors, with electrical powers up to 120kW, and with their control drivers equipped with the main communication protocols.
ECF3 electric cylinders
with load cell are highly innovative products that integrate a load cell inside. This allows real-time monitoring of the pushing or pulling force exerted by the cylinder, improving the precision and safety of automation operations. The integration of the sensor, on the one hand, protects it and ensures its long-term operation, on the other hand, it brings value to the customer as it facilitates and simplifies machine installation and design.
The load cell output signal is already conditioned and the output is directly in voltage 0-10Vdc; therefore, it is not necessary to use additional amplification devices.

The ECF3 series is available in three sizes (80, 100, 125) and covers loads ranging from 10kN to 100kN.
Upon returning from their successful participation at the recent Hannover Messe, Duplomatic MS will also showcase the hybrid systems resulting from the integration of Duplomatic's offerings with Daikin's inverter technology:
- ECORICH Hydraulic Power Units
Designed and manufactured by combining hydraulic technology with an internal synchronous motor with permanent magnets, these compact power units achieve high torque and maximum efficiency, while suppressing heat and noise generation. - SUPER UNIT Hydraulic Power Units
With a power of up to 37kW, they operate with a Daikin motor for maximum efficiency, energy savings, and noise reduction.
