DUPLOMATIC ACADEMY: 15 YEARS OF INNOVATIVE TRAINING IN MOTION CONTROL
Duplomatic Academy, the technical training school in hydraulics and mechatronics, celebrates its fifteenth anniversary with an innovative focus in the field of motion control. Through online and face-to-face courses and a constant commitment to the new frontiers of innovation, the Academy confirms its role in training highly qualified professionals for the industry of the future.
Parabiago (Milan), November 22nd, 2023 – Duplomatic MS, a reference point for the design and production of advanced motion control systems, celebrates the fifteenth anniversary of Duplomatic Academy, its training school.

The history of Duplomatic Academy began in 2008, when it was founded to support the company's change process. Since then, it has become the heart of the Duplomatic Group's human capital training, professional development, and knowledge sharing. The training initiatives, free and accessible to all, are designed to bridge the skills gap in the evolution of hydraulics and in the new frontiers of innovation. The project is based on the engineering expertise developed by Duplomatic MS over 70 years of history and success.
" In line with our constant search for innovation, Duplomatic Academy has launched a digital course program since 2021, anticipating the training needs of the motion control industry," said Giancarlo Scagliotti, Director of Duplomatic Academy.
On its fifteenth anniversary, Duplomatic Academy confirms its mission to train professionals in the design, installation, and maintenance of systems with hydraulic and electrical components. The training offer includes personalized, accessible, and free courses, with certifications and educational resources. Upcoming initiatives include training on the maintenance of hydraulic systems, mechatronics and webinars dedicated to hybrid systems and chillers.
