We present today a product that is at the top of the range both in Duplomatic MS production and in the hydraulic market. The DXE3J is a 4-way / 4-position servo proportional valve, in which the spool slides inside a jacket. It is driven by a highly dynamic proportional solenoid, which achieves high performance. The position of the cursor is controlled in closed loop by an LVDT linear transducer, ensuring high precision and repeatability.

The integrated electronics built with SMD which ensures standard regulations and simplifies the electric wiring. No calibration is required during commissioning except for any electronic zero adjustment.

The specific features of this valve, which make it a highly performing component, are based on the high dynamics. The frequency response, both with variation of 100% of the input signal and with variation of 10% (typical of positioning control) is comparable to that of common servovalves and the pressure gain of less than 3% of the full scale allows controls to closed loop of centesimal positioning when using a suitable transducer and an actuator with proper characteristics.

Most common applications include press brakes, machining centers, machines for the extrusion of plastic materials as well as, in the energy field, the controls of servo actuators in hydroelectric and thermal turbines.
