The SPS IPC Drives 2022 show in Parma is a great opportunity for the Mechatronics Business Unit to present to the market the innovations introduced during the last two years.

More recently, new complementary product lines have been added to the consolidated series of ISO electric cylinders for industrial automation, produced at the Rosta (TO) headquarters and core business of the division. Linear modules, both belt and screw, linear screw tables, electric servo presses with integrated load cell and a wide range of brushless motors create complete solutions for every application, both for needs that require a Cartesian X-Y-Z or a seventh axis for the handling of robots or cobots.

In addition, in the field of industrial automation, electrical solutions for the construction of presses for the most varied applications will be exhibited, for which we present two important innovations: the restyling of the ECF series and the introduction of the new ECP series dedicated to heavy applications.

The series of ISO ECF electric cylinders, with integrated load cell, has been completely renewed at the design level, in order to offer the market an increasingly performing and economically competitive product. In addition, the standardization of components will allow us to offer rapid deliveries, without having to give up the choice given by the breadth of the range.

A complete New Entry is the series of ECP4 servo presses for heavy use, made with a body entirely in steel and which can integrate ground screws with planetary rollers. The ECP series satisfies the needs of applications that go up to workloads of 20 - 25 tons, guaranteeing a long life expectancy of the mechanics and 100% Duty Cycle.

In support of the ECP series, Duplomatic also offers brushless motors and high power drivers, equipped with the Safe Torque Off functions and the most requested communication protocols on the market.

Duplomatic thus strengthens its position in the industrial automation sector, proposing itself as a partner for both hydraulic and electrical solutions

Finally, Duplomatic MS will always be present at SPS 2022 at the stand of the Profibus Profinet Consortium as an IO Link competence center in Italy, to present the IO Link electric axis solutions, aimed at small industrial automation for assembly and assembly processes.
