DESCRIPTION
DS3GL are spools directional valves with digital interface, for subplate mounting. The electronics on this solenoid valve allows a PLC to drive the valve with a low-power digital signal. Electronics for power-saving and soft-shifting are also available, with or without IO-Link interface. The IO-Link interface integrates the valve in a digital communication system driven by PLC, and allows collecting operational data and environmental information for predictive diagnostics.
They are available with 3-ports and 4-ports design, with DC solenoids, with spring return or mechanical detent. Alternative to the standard manual override there are push override, turning knob, boot and mechanical detent override devices. DS3GL valves range also includes zinc -nickel finishing in order to prevent corrosion.
