DESCRIPTION

The RPC1 is a pressure- and temperature compensated unidirectional flow control valve is designed to ensure precise flow regulation in industrial applications. It is suitable for subplate mounting, offering easy and secure installation.

Flow rate is adjusted via a lockable knob, allowing the desired flow to be set and maintained in any position.

Among the available variants, the *RPC1-CT version includes a check valve to allow free reverse flow, while the pilot-operated RPC1-CTX provides enhanced stability and precise control of the flow rate—especially in applications requiring variable flow and smooth system start-up. A pilot signal entering through port P keeps the compensator closed, preventing the surge peak that typically occurs when the upstream directional valve connect the flow parth to line A.

The adjustment knob is available in three-turn or one-turn versions to meet different regulation needs. RPC1 valves are offered in seven flow rate ranges, from 0.5 l/min to 30 l/min, delivering flexible solutions for a wide range of hydraulic systems.
