PZE3G proportional reducing valve

Do you need to modulate the pressure of an actuator to a value lower than the maximum system pressure? PZE3G* proportional pressure reducing valve is the ideal solution.

The PZE3G* is a pilot operated, three-port proportional pressure reducing valve with integrated electronics and ISO 4401-03 mounting surface. It is actuated by a proportional solenoid controlled by the on-board electronics with the analogue control signal, in voltage (0 to 10 V DC) or in current (4 to 20 mA).

Both versions have a 7-pin connector as electrical connection. It is possible to choose between internal valve enable or external command for valve enable.

The integrated electronics guarantee a standardization of the settings calibrated during the factory testing phase. The result is a high reproducibility, a drastic reduction of the hysteresis with linearization of the regulation curves and a simplification of the electrical wiring. During commissioning, no calibration is required except for the possible adjustment of the ramps and/or the scale factor, which can be programmed through a connection to the PC. For programming it is recommended to use the LINPC-USB connection kit.

The three-port pressure reducing valve regulates the working pressure on port "A" to a value lower to that at the inlet port "P" and diverts any overpressure that may generates in the outlet connection to the T port (third port).

The PZE3G* valve is also available with IO-link or fieldbus interface.
