Pilot and direct operated pressure control valves
In this technical article it will be demonstrated how the pilot operated pressure control valves, in some configurations and in the case of sudden pressure peaks, are faster to take actions than the direct operated pressure control valves.
To give an explanation to the phenomenon and to understand how the pilot operated pressure control valves work, numerical formulas will be applied.
