Industrial Lubrication
As we all know, all moving parts require proper fluid dynamic lubrication to prevent seizing.
The function of a lubrication system is to provide the machine with clean and temperature-conditioned oil, creating a film between the solid moving surfaces and reducing friction and wear dependent on the mechanical characteristics of the surfaces, as well as removing heat.
Duplomatic MS has been working alongside its customers for several years to create effective lubrication systems that meet the demands of the plant in which they are installed and comply with the strictest regulations.
Each lubrication system is engineered in accordance with the technical specifications of the customers, using materials suitable for the installation zone, and in compliance with the regulations of the destination country.

Here is a typical lubrication system for large machinery.
A large tank (usually over 10 times the capacity of the pump) allows the fluid to stay for a time necessary for the regeneration of additives and for the separation of air and the settling of metal particles. Remember that the return fluid has a high temperature, usually above 80°C, and the return by gravity must be managed with appropriate systems that limit the production of foam and facilitate the fluid staying in the tank. The supply to the low-pressure utilities and an accurate flow of oil through the most modern filtration systems make the plant safe and efficient. A sophisticated system of probes and sensors also allows you to check the quality and temperature of the oil, providing useful data even in predictive maintenance.
