Graders

Graders are earth-moving machines capable of digging, moving and levelling. They are commonly used for clearing and uncovering land, filling trenches, ditches and excavations, spreading or distribution of filling material and shaping of roads, as well as for the removal of snow, where required.

Current models have three axles with a motor and cabin located over the rear axle at one end of the vehicle and a third axle at the front end. The blade, which has a long, curved profile, is located in the middle and can move in all directions.

These vehicles require a robust build, resistance to vibrations and operational flexibility. They can be equipped both with tradition solutions for management of fluid power, and with electronic components for management of the vehicle with a CAN-bus protocol.

The Duplomatic Group offers all components required for this application, as normally installed by manufacturers of graders.
