Duplomatic further invests in Quality, Environment, Safety Certification (QHSE)

In this extraordinary moment due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Duplomatic had the ability to update its Worker Safety and Health Management System according to ISO 45001 certification.

During the audits carried out by SQS, the main international body for the certification of management systems (www.sqs.it), Duplomatic has also renewed its ISO 14001 certificate, confirming the company's attention to the environment and the sustainability of its activities.

To date, the Headquarters of Parabiago (Milan, Italy) and the sites of the Hydraulic Systems Business Unit in Lainate (Milan, Italy) and of the Mechatronic Business Unit in  Sulbiate (Monza Brianza, Italy) are certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, while the production site in Rosta (Turin, Italy),which was most recently integrated and is dedicated to electric actuactors, has been certified ISO 9001.

The purpose of a Company System is the systematic management of all processes, which can have an impact on quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001) and health & safety aspects (ISO 45001), for the continuous improvement of company performance.

By favoring preventive actions rather than corrective ones , Duplomatic has now fully integrated the three Quality, Environmental and Worker Health and Safety Management Systems. These systems fit perfectly into the organizational model according to Legislative Decree 231, allowing the company to better monitor its regulatory compliance.

The transition to the new standard has involved all functions and processes that impact on the safety of the work environment and workers to incorporate all the news. One of the latter is a greater attention to the needs and expectations of workers and other stakeholders, ensuring the participation and consultation of workers in the choices and assessments regarding safety, that - as an example - can be implemented through periodic meetings, sharing of information, continuous training, ...
